After more than 40 years of dedicated care, Partners in Women’s Health, P.C. will officially close effective February 28, 2026, as Dr. Carrie Schallock is retiring.

Dr. Schallock extends her heartfelt gratitude to the patients and families who entrusted her with their care throughout her career.

MomDoc, a trusted women’s health practice serving Arizona for 50 years will serve as the official custodian of medical records beginning March 1, 2026, ensuring continued access and a seamless transition of care in alignment with the high standards she has upheld.
