Office Hours & Appointments

We see patients on an appointment basis, and some early morning and evening hours are available.

Please call 480.730.3331 to make an appointment. If you find you cannot keep your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance. This will make it possible for another patient to be seen. If you have an urgent problem, we will arrange to see you as soon as possible.

As you know, babies are born at all hours, including during regular office hours. If the doctor is not available, we will try to contact you as soon as possible to minimize your inconvenience. We will attempt to reschedule your appointment quickly and conveniently. We appreciate your understanding.

Telephone

We encourage you to call the office if you have a problem or question. Please make non-emergency calls between 9:00am and 5:00pm, when your records are readily available.

The receptionist usually answers your call. She will either schedule your appointment or direct your call to a medical assistant or the doctor. If that person is unavailable, your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Prescription refills should be requested during regular office hours, when we can refer to your chart and evaluate the best course of treatment. Please have the phone number for your pharmacy available.

Our Office Staff

The medical assistant provides you with your laboratory and/or radiological requisitions and assists with your physical examination.
